Body Attack Exercise Class – Sports and agility inspired cardio workout for building both strength and stamina in Abu Dhabi. Body attack super high energy workouts combine movements such as running, lunging, jumping and burpees with strength and stabilization exercises including push-ups and squats to create a killer workout that gets great results. Low and High impact exercises are offered so the class can be catered for all ages, and ability – even if you are new to health and fitness classes in Abu Dhabi Body Attack is a great choice for you.
Abu Dhabi Body Attack Workout Benefits: Improve power speed and agility with quick off the mark exercises. You will burn lots of calories by working in heart rate max intervals which improves cardio output. The same class structure is done over 8-12 week period so coordination will also be improved.
