Sylvia Sigmond is a Level 3 Abu Dhabi based female personal trainer with more than 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry. Specialising in all forms of personal fitness including yoga instruction and gymnastics Sylvia is ideally suited to a wide variety of personal training needs and goals for adults and children. About Sylvia:

Abu Dhabi ‘at home’ female personal trainer Sylvia is a highly experienced and advanced Yoga Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Elite Level Gymnastics Coach.  She has a master degree in Physical Education and Sport science and a variety of teaching and sports coaching certifications.

She’s an elite professional Gymnast and competed internationally where she was a member of the Hungarian National team.  Sylvia has an impressive range of experiences in the fitness industry and also has over 15 years of teaching and coaching experience. She lived in the UK for ten years where she expanded her teaching and coaching experiences; which helped her gain several additional qualifications. Apart from adults, working with children is very important part of her life. She has been teaching a range of children Age 3 to 18 for Gymnastics, Yoga and Fitness over the past 15 years. She builds a very inspiring and strong bond with them to motivate and give her very best knowledge to achieve their full potential from beginners to advanced level.

Sylvia's Personal Training Methods & Equipment:

Sylvia likes to include various personal training methods into her customized Abu Dhabi training plans; which include body toning, fat loss and weight management, flexibility and personal training for general fitness as well as Yoga and Gymnastics. Exercise equipment she regularly uses includes Kettlebells, core bags, resistance bands, slam ball and core bag. She also encompasses circuits and functional training but each program is written specifically for the client as there is no “one size fits all” solution when it comes to personal training clients in the UAE.

Where can you provide personal training services?

Sylvia’s personal trainer services are completely flexible to suit your time, location and schedule. You could take your training sessions in your home, at your gym or building gym or even an outdoors location.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes. Before you start any training plan it’s always a good idea to meet your personal trainer, discuss with them your fitness goals and the reasons you want to hire a personal trainer in Abu Dhabi. This session allows Sylvia to access your current fitness level, your lifestyle and other key elements about you which can then be used to formulate a tailor-made fitness plan.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes. Depending on the training session and what’s involved Sylvia will attend with all the required equipment. All you need is enthusiasm, a towel, suitable footwear and a bottle of water.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes. Being a diet and nutrition expert Sylvia can advise on aspects of your lifestyle and diet that will requirement adjustment to make sure you reach your end goals in the safest possible way. Diet forms a large part of any personal fitness regime and will depend on what you want to get out of your personal training sessions – muscle gain for example would be different to weight loss.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. Some people prefer to train in groups with colleagues, family or friends. With this in mind Sylvia does offer discounted group training rates for both adults and children. Contact Sylvia using the green contact tab for further information and current pricing.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes. To ensure your time-slots are available it’s always a good idea to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours notice will be charged for the cancelled session, unless already agreed with Advantage Sports Management.

Advantage Sports understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 24 hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if Advantage Sports is notified prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.
