Where can you provide personal training services?

In various locations in Abu Dhabi – Fit & Flex Studios at the Abu Dhabi Golf Club, Westin Hotel, Raha Beach and Khalifa City Areas. Depending on your goals we set up your best training location. in mind.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

YES!!! Complete  BCA test is done at the beginning of your training plan – this test ” scans” giving me valuable information such as your Water Retention levels, Body Fat %, Muscle Mass weight and your Metabolism rate, so we can set 6-8 week targets and get you there! You are required to fast for 4 hours prior to the BCA test.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

All you need is a good pair of trainers, comfortable clothing, water and the DESIRE to get to your goals. I will help with you the rest 🙂

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

YES! What you eat can either work against you or in your favor. I believe exercise and healthy nutrition go hand in hand.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes,  great packages for couples training in Abu Dhabi and groups between 3-6 people.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes, all sessions are pre booked weekly.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

24hrs notice is required, and in cases 12hrs is acceptable.
