Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing and well-being. Victoria likes to include Reiki technique during her Yoga classes, as this is the union of two ancient traditions to offer physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. It is a soothing practice that combines carefully selected gentle Yin Yoga postures held for 3 to 5 minutes, with a Reiki treatment using the imposition of the hands to support and boost the natural healing and cleansing processes in the body. This unique and exclusive combination, signature of my yoga classes, encourages the flow of life energy (Prana or Ki) in the body removing blockages and unbalances in the chakras, re-establishing inner peace and well-being.

The Reiki treatment consists of the positioning of the master’s hands on the receiver’s body, with or without touch. It concentrates on the Chakras, energy centers along the spine, and on the main internal organs. Reiki has no ideological, political or religious purpose and does not aim at substituting any therapy or medical treatment. In the end Reiki is something you should really experience yourself: just be open, release expectations and enjoy the relaxation!

Where can you provide personal training services?

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes. An understanding of why you want a personal trainer in Dubai along with your fitness goals is a great way to get off to the right start. A fitness and health evaluation is provided before starting any personal training plan. That allows Victoria create a personalized fitness plan based on your fitness goals and needs. This session for you to discuss with your likes and dislikes when it comes to fitness, food preference, lifestyle and training. UAE.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

You don’t need to provide any special personal training kit yourself. Victoria will attend each session with the required fitness equipment.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes. Victoria believes that a good place to start is 70% nutrition and 30% training to achieve optimal results. If client has no health issues Victoria can advise and make changes to your daily nutrition habits step by step. Your fitness and improvements are also monitored via a fitness app. & progress questionnaire. Lifestyle and daily eating habits depends from client to client so any changes that you need to make are discussed on a personal basis.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. If you would prefer your personal trainer sessions in Dubai in a group environment discounts are available. Contact Victoria for further information and current group personal training rates.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Pre-booking your time slots is recommended to ensure your training times are reserved.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellation Policy
Victoria asks all clients to give at least a 24 hour notice period if a session needs to be canceled. If they give less than 12 hours they will be charged. If a client however re schedules for that week that is also counted.
