Where can you provide personal training services?

Many locations are possible around Dubai, at your home gym or you can train at his fully equipped gym near Umm Suquim/Marina or Mirdiff and other location also available.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes, fitness evaluation and monthly strength and fitness evaluations are provided and these are tracked to make sure you are excelling in your lifestyle and fitness goals and performance. Also a body analysis assessment is done to check your body fat content and your fat to muscle ratio. Weekly and monthly aesthetic and performance evaluations are done to make sure you are reaching your health and fitness goals.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes – you don’t need any exercise kit yourself as Hussein will come to your personal training session in Dubai with the required kit for that session. Access to a gym might be beneficial depending on your training needs but you can discuss this with Hussein when your fitness plan is created.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Nutritional and diet plan is provided and tailored based on your specific goals and weekly tracking of daily calories intake is provided to ensure that you are on track with your nutritional goals and your targets are met.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes. Booking your training slots in advance is advised to ensure Hussein is available on your selected days/times.
