Anna is a passionate, energetic and motivational Personal Trainer based in Dubai who works with Vogue Fitness UAE. Working in Fitness Industry for more than 7 years Anna has a strong background in weight and functional training, bodybuilding, group classes, aqua fitness, sports nutrition and weight management.
Fitness is her lifestyle, not just an exercise or an effort, and she believes people should enjoy their training, no matter their age, health issues or fitness experience. Anna designs her training programs according to client`s needs, gender, fitness level and health history. About Female Trainer Anna Krutii:

Fitness has become Anna’s lifestyle since a very young age. She started dancing when she was 5. From ballet classes Anna moved to cheer-leading and sports aerobic performance in her University team back home in Ukraine. That challenging experience made Anna start teaching group classes such as step aerobics, dance classes and personal strength training. Anna met so many people with different needs which is why she decided to make it personal. Now Anna is a REP`s certified mobile Personal Trainer Level 3 in Dubai who can provide your personal training sessions at home.

Anna arranges training at her clients convenience – at home, in gyms, outside or at the beach. Seeing her clients transformation is absolutely rewarding and drives Anna to do more. Anna is also keen on self-improvement and attends fitness workshops and seminars to improve her knowledge and upgrade her qualifications yearly. In 2014, 2015 in Dubai Anna participated in Bodybuilding Competition in Sports Model and Fitness Bikini categories. The competitions gave her lots of experience and bodybuilding has become her favorite kind of training. This experience has also prompted Anna to provide training for others who want to compete in bodybuilding and other competitions

Anna’s training style will tend to be different depending on her Dubai clients needs. She can create specific solutions for everyone: from high intensity to low-moderate training using variety of techniques and combinations, with stretching and massage at the end. The most important aspect is to ensure clients get the results they need and to enjoy the process. Anna likes to create a friendly atmosphere which includes health, fitness and lifestyle education and results oriented training. She always gives support and motivation to her clients, even after the training, if they feel weak or sore, or they just want to share their impressions and results. Yes, Anna does a fitness test along with questionnaire about clients health history, previous fitness experience, personal goals and preferences. Also she will discuss with the client his\her lifestyle and eating habits for Anna to get to understand the client better. This allows Anna to design a perfect plan for each client.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes. Anna will provide the equipment clients need for the training sessions. However if there any items of exercise equipment that might be useful to keep at home Anna can provide advice about this.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes, as an expert in sports nutrition Anna likes to educate her clients about nutrition and sport nutrition as well. It is the most important part of their training process. People should understand the basics on how to build and maintain the body with nutrients.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

To pre-book weekly training times is the best way for Anna and the client as well. It gives her clients sharp schedule and good discipline.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellation Policy is very important.
All clients have to give a 24 hour notice period if a session need to be canceled or rescheduled. If they give less than 12 hours notice they will be charged.
