Training in a gym environment might be beneficial to your training needs if you have specific goals or need to do specific exercise/training. This can be discussed with Kelly when you contact her about your fitness/training requirements.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Before you start any personal training sessions in Dubai with Kelly a fitness evaluation is performed. This helps him to understand more about your training objectives and goals, this also provides you with an opportunity to discuss your likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise (and exercise equipment). One of the key purposes of an evaluation is to let you get to know your trainer and vice versa. The details gathered during your evaluation can then be used to create an adaptable fitness regime suited to you.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Training in one of the Revolution Fitness affiliated gyms will provide you with all the equipment required for your training sessions. Training at home in Dubai or outdoors may require specific training equipment. During your consultation with Kelly, you will discuss the type of training you are interested in participating in and the type of equipment to be used. If you require any additional equipment, we will discuss at this point however, Kelly has the equipment required for most training requirements.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes. Diet and good nutritional practices should be part of leading a healthier lifestyle in general. Kelly has achieved a CYQ Level 3 Nutrition Certification which allows her to provide the best possible nutritional advice based on your personal training needs and requirements. Each client has different goals and objectives therefore diet and nutrition guidelines are provided accordingly. For example, someone who employs the services of a personal trainer in Dubai to gain muscle mass would have a different diet and nutrition requirement to someone who wants to lose weight.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Situations arise when you might need to cancel a personal training session with Kelly. Revolution Fitness apply the following cancellation policy.
• If you cancel with minimum 24 hour notice then no charges are made. If you should cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, then that session is charged. (exceptions are made)
