She is a Russian Level 3 Personal Trainer (REPs UAE), Level 2 Gym Instructor (REPs UAE), certified trainer in Pilates, Flexibility, Cycling, Functional training, Strength Training, Classic and Step Aerobics and TRX. With choreography background, Elena started her career in the fitness industry as a group exercise trainer which ignited her passion for general fitness and inspiring her to broaden her knowledge in physiology, anatomy and kinesiology. Whilst working and gaining a few years experience in the gym environment, Elena was fascinated about bodybuilding and in 2013 participated in the Siberian bodybuilding championship in most feminine category as a bikini fitness model, where she achieved 2nd place.  Currently Elena specializes in toning, weight management, flexibility and Pilates.

Where can you provide personal training services?

Being a mobile female personal trainer in Dubai allows Elena to provide your personal training sessions at a location and time to suit your schedule. This can be at home or your building gym complex, outdoor, vogue fitness gym.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes. A fitness and health evaluation is provided before starting any personal training plan. Using this information Elena can create a personalised fitness plan based on your fitness goals and needs. During this session you can also discuss with Elena your likes and dislikes when it comes to fitness, lifestyle and training.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes. You don’t need any special equipment yourself. Some clients do benefit from having access to a gym in Dubai but this does depend on your personal training goals. You can discuss whether you need access to gym facilities during your initial consulation with Elena.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

If a client has no health issues / allergies Elena can educate clients as much as possible and make small changes each week to their current diet, rather than giving out diet plans. Your fitness and improvements are also monitored as much as possible via a fitness app. Lifestyle and daily eating habits differ from one client to the next so any changes that you need to make are discussed on a personal basis.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. Group PT rates are available. Please contact Elena for further information and current pricing for groups.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Pre-booking your time slots is recommended to ensure your training times are reserved.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellation Policy

Elena asks all clients to give at least a 24 hour notice period if a session needs to be cancelled. If they give less than 12 hours they will be charged. If a client however re schedules for that week that is fine.

    I've know Elena for more than two years I've been personally training on and off with her between my pregnancies and delivery. From the first month I always notice a difference in my appearance she taught me how to focus on techniques and get the most of my workouts. I've had couple of minor health problems that were solved after training with her I'm so thankful to her for that. You are the best my dear Elena!
