Dubai female PT Karina lives and breathes fitness. She started her personal fitness journey as a child in Poland where she played volleyball for her home town – she was also involved in running half-marathons. She fell in love with health and fitness and body sculpting and took the decision to compete as a Bikini Fitness Athlete with IFBB in the United Kingdom. Her Bikini Fitness career ultimately saw her win the Bikini Fitness Championship in the UK in 2015. She has since represented the UK on the international stage at events such as Arnold Classic in Barcelona and European Championships – Santa Susanna 2016. The dedication and commitment required to compete at this level has proved to Karina that with the right mind-set you can achieve all of your personal fitness goals.

Using her own experience and training skills Karina loves to pass on her methods to her new clients in Dubai – helping them turn their goals into reality. She has a background in body transformation, body toning, weight loss, bodybuilding for competition and many other personal training skills.

Where can you provide personal training services?

As a home (mobile) personal trainer in Dubai, UAE Karina is flexible when it comes to where you want to train. This could be at the Warehouse Gym in Al Quoz or JBR, Train Strength and Fitness Al Quoz, Clients home or building gym or even outdoors.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes, the first session will include an initial consultation. In this consultation clients can ask any questions and Karina will go through a PAR-Q to find out more about the person and to help set short, medium and long term goals. If client agrees pictures and measurements can also be taken to help track the progress and compare before and after pictures.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes, Karina will plan the session according to clients chosen locations. If training outdoors or at home Karina will bring resistance bands and some free weights to make sure we have all equipment needed.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes, a diet guide will be provided to suite the clients goal. Karina will also advise how to keep the diet interesting and how to apply changes so it can be used long term. Information on ‘healthy’ treats and recipies can also be provided to supplement your Dubai diet plain.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes, price will be advised on request as it will vary on number of participants and the location. Group personal training in Dubai is a great way to make personal training more affordable and stay motivated by training with a “gym buddy”

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes. Bookings for weekly or monthly sessions can be made and are recommended to ensure your training time-slots are available.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancelation or changing to the booking needs to be made at least 24h before the session otherwise cancelation charges will apply.
