About Swimming Coach Kay:

Kay has lived in the UAE for over 26 years, where she worked for the Abu Dhabi Marine Police as a lifeguard and swim coach. Building a swim team that competed against other police departments in the annual aquatic sports event. She has also taught swimming in schools from KG to high school, and developed a strong swim team of swimmers, which competed against other schools. Kay has enjoyed swimming from a very early age, especially long distance swimming, and is still an active swimmer.

Swimming is a life skill, which everyone needs to learn; this is both for fitness and well-being, as well as safety.

Kay's Personal Coaching Style:

Kay’s enthusiasm in swimming brings out the best in her swimming students. She enjoys helping her Abu Dhabi students who want to overcome their fear in swimming, giving them lots of encouragement all the way. Her dedication and patience has helped a lot of students reach their swim ability potential..

Kay's Certifications & Swimming Training Experience:

When looking for a swim teacher in Abu Dhabi you need to know the coach is qualified and able to provide you with the know-how and experience required to ensure you get the best from each session. Kay is certified with PADI Swim School (In association with Starfish Aquatics), teaching from 6 months to adult, and is also a Red Cross swim coach, RLSS Lifeguard & NARS Lifeguard. For the safety of her clients she is also CPR and First Aid Qualified & UAE Good Conduct Certificate.

Kay's Training Specialities:

As Kay has always been a water person, her whole life is based around water. To her, it is very important to be able to swim and she enjoys passing on her knowledge to others. In Kay’s swimming lessons and coaching you will be using Noodles, Kick Boards, Sinking Toys, Back Floats, Aqua Baby Toys etc

Where can you provide personal training services?

Female swimming coaching and trainer Kay is based out of Mafraq Hotel, Al Reef & World Trade Centre. It might be possible to provide personal swimming training services at your home. Contact Kay for further information and current rates.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. Subject to the approval of the Venue and time permitting special rates apply to group swimming classes.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes. Due to popularity of Kays swimming coaching service pre-booking is mandatory.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours notice will be charged for the cancelled session, unless already agreed with Advantage Sports Management.

Advantage Sports understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 24 hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if Advantage Sports is notified prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.
