Of course your style also depends on the clients needs. This section can also include your approach to personal training, for example your initial assessment of the clients needs, a physical assessment and on-going monitoring services that you provide.

My Certifications & Personal Training Experience:

Th personal trainer certifications and experience section allows you to list any training qualifications that you have gained in the field of fitness and personal training. You can also add experience information to this section in an informal way (not like a resume). This can include previous work history, placements and generally your experience as a personal trainer.

My Specialities:

Each personal trainer profile within the UAE Personal Trainers website also include a ‘Personal Trainer Experience’ list at the bottom of the profile page which is linked to the advanced search and filter options. The specialities section here is different, it allows you to provide more information about fitness areas you consider you are an expert in, strength training, kickboxing, TRX for example.

Where can you provide personal training services?

I am able to provide your personal training sessions in your home, outside and also in your gym.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes. I like to get to know all my clients and this starts with a fitness evaluation based on an initial consultation. We will first discuss your personal training goals and objectives and then provide a fitness evaluation which helps to build your personalised workout plan.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes. When we complete your fitness evaluation we can also provide you with nutritional and healthy eating tips. These vary from client to client based on your needs. For example, nutrition for strength and muscle gain personal training would be very different from nutrition for weight loss and body toning.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. I can provide personal training services on a one to one basis or small groups of up to four people. Please contact me for group training rates.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes. If you prefer to train on the same day at the same time every week then I can arrange pre-booked training times for you (subject to availability)

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

I do ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a training session. If you cancel within 48 hours there will be no charge. If you need to cancel without 48 hours notice there will be a charge.
