As well as being a personal trainer I am also a certified performance coach. This allows me to help clients achieve success in all areas of their lives, not only fitness. I have been involved in endurance sports such as marathons and triathlons for many years and have enjoyed the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle and have a desire to help others experience this as well.
