Where can you provide personal training services?

As a mobile personal trainer in Sharjah I am able to provide your training and workout sessions at a location which is convenient to you. This could be your home, your building gym, your gym or even outdoors.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes – all enquiring clients are granted a free fitness consultation to assess their goals and discuss their needs. This allows Maxwell to gather background information to develop a training regime suited perfectly to your current level and training experience.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes. You do not need any special exercise equipment or kit. If your workout plans require a specific piece of exercise equipment it will be provided by Maxwell on the day of the personal training session.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes – all clients will receive nutritional support and information to help them maintain a fully healthy lifestyle. Nutrition takes place a vital role to whatever an individuals fitness goals are, so it is recommended to maintain a balanced healthy diet suited to a clients needs.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. Group training discounts can be provided on the basis of number of people and sessions. Contact Maxwell for further information.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes, absolutely. It is preferred for you to pre-book your personal trainer sessions to avoid disappointment.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

In relation to Difit cancellations should be provided at least 24 hours before the training session. If you do not cancel within the 24 hour period you may be charged for the full sessions. To cancel your personal training session in Sharjah you should contact Maxwell direct.
