A taekwondo specialist, Sara also provides personal trainer for general fitness too and uses a combination of free weights training, lots of multi-joint exercises, martial arts (taekwondo, boxing, kickboxing), swimming, conditioning training, and the most important thing – goodwill and motivation of clients!

About Martial Arts Personal Trainer Sara:

Sara has a Master degree in Physical Education and Sports, (section: conditioning training) and she is a Taekwondo Master (Black Belt 1st Dan). Since she was a child Sara has been actively involved in many sporting activities but Taekwondo was her life choice and passion. Through this martial art training, she became strong and disciplined which drives her to help others create a healthy lifestyle.

Sara is dedicated to her role as a personal trainer and is ready to pass on her extensive knowledge and experience to her clients in Abu Dhabi.

Sara started to work as a personal trainer in 2012 and has been helping clients in Abu Dhabi for the last 2 years. During her PT career she has had the opportunity to work with adults and children with varying abilities. She also has experience of working with clients with special needs and injury rehabillitation in the UAE. Training with Sara is fun, she likes challenges and she will always find a way to entertain the clients and make them love sport and leading a healthy lifestyle.

Sara’s personal training style is based on free weights training, complex exercises which includes not just your muscle system, but Your functional systems too – cardiovascular, respiratory, CNS.
Her training style is based on dynamical and high energy motions in all body planes. She leads her personal training sessions with high energy and in that way she motivates and inspire her clients so they can reach their target goals.

– Master degree in Physical Education and Sports, (section: conditioning training), University of Belgrade, Serbia.
– Certificate for completed professional training for Animators and Recreators (basic of recreation, group programs and exercises , sport camps..).
– Black Belt Certificate WTF (World Taekwondo Federation).

Where can you provide personal training services?

Sara is an ‘at home’ mobile personal trainer in Abu Dhabi. You can take your training and exercise sessions in the comfort of your own home or you could train a the Vogue Fitness Facility, Yas Island – Abu Dhabi

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes. A thorough fitness evaluation is performed prior to you starting any personal training session. During this session Sara can get to know more about your fitness goals and you can of course ask any question you have.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Sara will attend each personal training session with the required equipment. You don’t need to provide any additional training gear yourself. The kit that you will use depends on the program; which has been professionally prepared for your personal training sessions in Abu Dhabi.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes. Depending on your training programe you will be provided with diet and nutrition advice and support.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. If you would prefer to work out in a group (friends, family or co-workers) discounted rates for your training sessions can be applied. Group training is also a great way to get each other motivated, have some fun in your training sessions and also stay focused.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes. It is preferable to pre-book a set of personal trainer sessions if you can to ensure your preferred training times are available.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?
