Sara is excellent, reliable and helps make me feel very comfortable in training. I have never had personal training before and was a bit apprehensive, but she has made it fun. I feel like I am making good progress and am really enjoying the sessions. Being pregnant, I also wanted to make sure I was working out with someone who understood my prenatal personal training needs, and this is definitely the case. Sara talks me through what we are doing and explains the ways in which certain exercises will help during and after my pregnancy. I would definitely recommend Sara to anyone looking for personal training.
