Before I started my ‘fit journey’ with personal trainer Monika she asked me what is that I enjoy doing and how I would like our sessions to look like. Our first workout was a combination of exactly what we talked about. I seriously don’t remember ever being that tired and proud of myself. Since then every new work out is a surprise. She incorporated martial arts and CrossFit into our routine. Things I always wanted to try, never had the courage. She pushes me to the limits and accepts no excuses, being a mom and a wife I have plenty of them :). Every session she proves me that can do it, I am worthy and she is there to help me overcome my weaknesses. Love the journey!!!
