I have been training in Abu Dhabi with Rachel Elliot for the past 7 months. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness if not for the personal attention she has given in my training sessions and group classes. She is very focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun ! My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Rachel is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of her profession. She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up and ready with killer exercises planned. I would recommend Rachel in a heartbeat!
