I started back with Mike in November 2015. I had actually trained with Mike years before and when I decided to go back to training I couldn’t think of anyone else I would train with. I didn’t think I would last long as I used to hate the gym. I did have a goal of becoming more healthy and to shape up and loose weight. A year later I have not only lost weight and shaped up, I lead a healthier lifestyle than I ever have. Mike stayed after me, coaching me and ensuring that I changed not just my diet but my whole lifestyle. His ways of personal training actually motivate you and push you to bring the best out in yourself and certainly tone and shape you and overall he helps you become an extremely healthy and fit person.
