For many years I have been wanting to get fitter and back in shape. Going to the gym was somewhat overwhelming as I was not confident using most of the equipment and generally did not know what I should be doing. Training with Jonny has been very enjoyable and fruitful. He makes sessions interesting which kept me focused and engaged. I saw more progress in 4 weeks of personal training with Jonny than I did running 5km every other day for 6 months. His sessions are short and intense. Long drawn out sessions tended to make me lose motivation. Jonny is able to adapt sessions to the surrounding environment so no need for sophisticated gym equipment.
