I’ve always considered myself an active person, doing sports 3-4 times a week. I’ve known Walid for a while and we’ve always talked about training together. It got to the point where my Dubai love handles bugged me enough to get going with Walid who fine-tuned my diet and changed around my workout to give my body something new to adjust to. The changed diet and the personal training adjustment worked and I dropped about 7 kgs. I’ll be competing in the Emirates Desert Championship in the moto-class, along with some triathlons, building up to the Dubai Marathon in January. Walid’s personal training sessions in Dubai combined with a better diet and additional conditioning have helped me get to where I want to be before starting the season this Friday; which is where I’m hoping the training to pay off.
