Pete's the perfect mix of tough and encouraging, and can help anyone of all fitness levels. He is able to come up with different sets that keep it fun and interesting by judging what would be most beneficial for each client. Saying this… I have referred Pete to my friends, who are all very pleased with the outcome. Pete's given advice on what to cut down on regarding food intake, what I should eat more of etc which is helpful as its not cutting out all the good stuff completely but treating yourself from time to time. My housemate injured her knee couple of weeks back and by mentioning it in passing to Pete, he was able to give advice on what she should do, which doctor to see, physio etc which was extremely helpful as her doctor was useless. There's no judgement from his side, even though I am a smoker. He caters the workout to gain the best results. Two thumbs up!
