Monee is Group Exercise Manager and gym based Abu Dhabi Personal Trainer with over 13 years experience in the fitness industry. Jordanian, born in Germany and studied in the UK with Level 2 – 3 Gym Instructor, Level 2-3 Personal Trainer (REPS UAE), Zumba , Pilates , Les Mills Body Combat , Indoor Cycling Les Mills, Shebam Les Mills & First Aid Certificate. Monee has worked in the UK, Jordan, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Monee loves to help others change their life using the latest fun, active exercise methods. Her passion to fitness and love to Dance and Zumba makes her sessions full of fun, motivating challenging. To Monee exercise is an important, meaningful part of daily living.  Although our schedules are busy, she believes exercise should be incorporated to become part of our daily routine.  Monee is an ardent supporter that exercise can prevent health problems and improve quality of life, and she looks forward to helping everyone achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. Monee’s love of fitness started at an early age with team sports.  She grew up playing Football, Cycling and Dancing and since then has added Running and Pilates to her list of experiences. Her sessions will be a combination of functional Training, Cardio using the latest fitness equipment to get reach-to-reach fitness goals, strength, power, loosing weight and much more.

Where can you provide personal training services?

Monee is located at Crowne Plaza Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi, UAE with a very well equipped gym and fitness Centre.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes. Monee will provide a consultation before any personal trainer/trainee sessions start. Using this information she can ascertain your current fitness level, exercises and fitness techniques that you like and don’t like and with your input develop the right training plan based on what you want to achieve from your personal training sessions in the UAE.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

No, the Crowne Plaza Gym is fully equipped with everything needed for anyone and everyones workout.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes. As an exercise and nutrition specialist Monee knows the changes you will need to make to your diet and lifestyle to achieve your fitness goals in the best and safest possible way. Nutrition and diet are a crucial element of any successful fitness regime. With this in mind Monee can prepare personalised nutrition plans based on your training needs.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. If you would prefer to work out in a group (friends, family or co-workers) discounted rates for your training sessions can be applied. Group training is also a great way to get each other motivated, have some fun in your training sessions and also stay focused. Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes. It is preferable to pre-book a set of personal trainer sessions if you can to ensure your preferred training times are available on a week to week basis. Pre booking your personal trainer sessions also helps you maintain focus and commitment to your end goals.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours notice will be charged for the cancelled session, unless already agreed with Advantage Sports Management.

Advantage Sports understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 24 hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if Advantage Sports is notified prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.
