Rachel is a Personal and Group Fitness Trainer who specializes in strength & conditioning. She helps clients build muscle and burn fat while having fun. 10 years in the fitness industry has given her the experience and knowledge to individualize programs to suit clients needs.

She has 10 years experience in group fitness coaching. She has taught BodyPump, Spin, Buns’n’Abs, HIIT, Strength &Conditioning, and for last 4 years has coached CrossFit.

As a personal trainer in Abu Dhabi, Rachel wants every woman to learn the strength of her body, mind, and character. She uses strength training and conditioning to help her clients build the healthy bodies they desire.

Her personalised workouts are varied so clients never get bored. Clients will use a variety of equipment including kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, and their own bodyweight.

Knowing that fitness is only 20% of the picture, Rachel teaches her clients what they can do during the other 23 hours of the day to keep their bodies and minds healthy. This ensures they can be the best versions of themselves.

She will give nutrition tips and tricks so clients can learn how to fuel their bodies to feel their best.

Rachel believes exercise is a celebration of what your body can do. Clients will feel accomplished and confident; and this will pour over into other parts of their life. Rachel specializes in CrossFit style and group trainings.

She will motivate, entertain, and encourage you to give your most; in turn you’ll be rewarded with confidence and strength.

Where can you provide personal training services?

Rachel is a trainer in Abu Dhabi who provides a mobile service. This flexibility means your personal training sessions can be arranged at your home in AD, at your building gym, outdoors or even at the Vogue Fitness Gym locations in Abu Dhabi.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes, a fitness evaluation will be provided at your first session or welcome session. During this time, Rachel will find out your fitness likes and dislikes, equipment preferences, and answer any questions you have.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Rachel will come to your personal training sessions fully prepared with any fitness equipment that is needed for that days training.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes. Rachel knows the importance of good nutrition practices as part of changing your fitness lifestyle and also achieving your fitness goals. She can prepare fitness plans which include details about what changes you might need to make to your eating habits.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes. Having your session pre-booked ensures your training times are available to suit your schedule. This also helps keep you in a routine and making fitness part of your life for the long term.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Please give Rachel at least 24 hours notice when possible to avoid being charged. Sessions that are canceled within the agreed cancellation period will be rescheduled according to availability.

    Rachel is awesome. She keeps me interested and motivated by changing things up each time we work out. She's tough without pushing me beyond my limits and has been able to structure my workouts around my schedule and a recent injury. Maybe the best part is that I simply don't need to think. She's always ready with a detailed plan and I can just get into it without trying to remember what I did last time, what I haven't done in a while, etc. I'm feeling stronger than I have in years and am looking forward to keeping it going and reaching my goals.

    I didn't know I was going to like working out as much as I do. From start to finish and everything in between, Rachel is amazing! She is happy to work with my schedule, which means starting before 5am! Rachel is ready and waiting for me each morning, and has my workout ready and clearly listed on a portable board. Each workout I have done with her has been different and fun. She clearly explains and models each move, and then gently pushes me beyond what I thought I could do. She is mindful of previous injuries and always is ready with a different move if needed. Rachel caters to my personality, with setting the atmosphere that is perfect for me - asking if I want music, for example, and always coming in at the right moment with words of encouragement. Although my intent was to use her in preparation for an upcoming hike in Nepal, this has become part of my life now and is something I look forward to, all because of Rachel.
