She has 10 years experience in group fitness coaching. She has taught BodyPump, Spin, Buns’n’Abs, HIIT, Strength &Conditioning, and for last 4 years has coached CrossFit.
As a personal trainer in Abu Dhabi, Rachel wants every woman to learn the strength of her body, mind, and character. She uses strength training and conditioning to help her clients build the healthy bodies they desire.
Her personalised workouts are varied so clients never get bored. Clients will use a variety of equipment including kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, and their own bodyweight.
