She has 10 years experience in group fitness coaching. She has taught BodyPump, Spin, Buns’n’Abs, HIIT, Strength &Conditioning, and for last 4 years has coached CrossFit.
As a personal trainer in Abu Dhabi, Rachel wants every woman to learn the strength of her body, mind, and character. She uses strength training and conditioning to help her clients build the healthy bodies they desire.
Her personalised workouts are varied so clients never get bored. Clients will use a variety of equipment including kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, and their own bodyweight.
Knowing that fitness is only 20% of the picture, Rachel teaches her clients what they can do during the other 23 hours of the day to keep their bodies and minds healthy. This ensures they can be the best versions of themselves.
She will give nutrition tips and tricks so clients can learn how to fuel their bodies to feel their best.
Rachel believes exercise is a celebration of what your body can do. Clients will feel accomplished and confident; and this will pour over into other parts of their life. Rachel specializes in CrossFit style and group trainings.
