Loubna started her weight loss journey and self-development a couple of year ago after being overweight and generally feeling unit.
In 2 years, she has lost 12 kilo by applying all what she was studying on her own: weightlifting workout, how to plan it, how to build muscles losing fat properly, the importance of nutrition.
All of this led her to become a Personal Trainer in Abu Dhabi and turning her passion into her profession.
