With a degree in Biology/Psychology, a minor in Coaching, and multiple PT certifications, Abu Dhabi PT Brady has more than ten years of experience working with the public. He has worked in all areas of fitness including group exercise, individual training, strength and conditioning for athletes and teams, as well as rehabilitation for injuries and weakness.
He has experience with all ages and abilities ranging from 3 years old all the way through 80. As an expert in the fitness industry, Brady will listen to the clients in Abu Dhabi and meet them where they are to give them the program that is best suited for their wants and needs.
Brady spent time in all different gym atmospheres from strength and conditioning with athletes, bootcamps with the general population, rehabilitation within a chiropractic office, and all ages of individual training. All of this experience has helped him become very well rounded in his approach to training.
Because of these experiences and all of the years of practice, Brady is suited to give you the most well rounded fitness plan in your area of Abu Dhabi in order to achieve your fitness goals in a safe and helpful atmosphere.
