DIFIT Coach Hussein is an athlete and a Master degree holder in sports management & biomechanics. His personal training specialities include Jiu-jitsu, Karate, Kick Boxing, Taekwondo & Judo. As well as Martial Arts he also provides personal trainer services for male and female clients in Sharjah & Ajman for general fitness. He prepared many national teams for martial arts and achieved with them national & international world championships. With his extensive skill and experience from all over the world Coach Hussein developed his own training method which is called ‘Functional Fight Style’ which featured on physical preparation with martial arts too. Personal training coach Hussein started his Sport career first as an athlete since he was 8 years old as karate, Kick-boxing, Taekwondo & Judo. At the age of 14 he started achieving his National and international championships. He has won many world championships in martial arts. He continued his master degree in Physical Education studies in sports Management & Biomechanics.
As a professional coach Hussein has an incredible experience on his path. He prepared many national teams for martial arts and achieved with them national, international & World championships.

He is responsible in Physical, conditioning preparation for professional athletes as well I worked as Personal coach for individual people. Designed for them training program as well nutrition programs too.

Sharjah Coach Hussein developed his own method of training style, it is called ‘Functional Fight Style’
Functional Fight style which focused on Physical preparation with martial arts movements too. He provide a fun and friendly personal trainer style with results being the main objective. He use to apply different training styles based on client’s preferences and goals. It can be varying person to person; some clients prefer a firm approach with emphasis on training motivation while others are suited to a training style which includes more encouragement and goal settings.

My equipment includes TRX, resistance bands, kettlebells, slam balls, strength bags, skipping rope, wobble board, agility ladder and boxing gloves & pads. And also includes circuits and functional training for cardio exercise and endurance. My training plans are created on a personal 1-2-1 basis because every client has different exercise and fitness requirements.

Where can you provide personal training services?

Being a mobile personal training coach based in Ajman and Sharjah allows Hussein to provide training sessions anywhere. This level of flexibility means you can decide where you would prefer to train and exercise. It could be in your home, your office gym, or even training in the park.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

A fitness assessment is a great way to evaluate your current fitness level. A fitness evaluation is performed for each new client in Sharjah and Ajman which will help to find out more about you, your lifestyle, your current fitness level and of course your previous training/exercise experience. With this information can help me to prepare a plan which is designed to help you achieve your goals in a safe training and timely way. A combination of exercise and fitness kit method will be used. Eg; BCA (Body Composition Analyzer), Fitness Test Including; Muscle Strength Test, Cardio Vascular Test, Muscle Endurance Test, Core Strength Test, Flexibility Test, Pulse Recovery Test and BP Test.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes, if your training required a special piece of equipment then the trainer will inform you to get that to achieve your optimum goals.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Diet and nutrition does perform a major role in a healthy lifestyle and any fitness regime. Hussein is a sports nutrition expert and can offer advice and support for healthy eating plans based on your needs and fitness regimes.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes, absolutely. It is preferred for you to pre-book your Ajman and Sharjah personal trainer sessions to avoid disappointment. Pre-booking also provides you with focus and motivation.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellation Policy

As per DiFit Sports All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel the session with 24 hours’ notice then it will be charged for the canceled session, unless already agreed with DiFit Sports Management.
DiFit understands that when emergencies happen. We would provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 24-hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if DiFit Sports is notified prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.
