Having grown up in the UAE Ryan was part of some of the local teams such as Thistle for football and regularly played at the annual Rugby 7s tournament representing his school team.
Sport is a big part of Ryan’s life. He has played rugby in Abu Dhabi which has taught him that with the right fitness tools and methods you can increase your fitness levels through sport and training.
At age 16 Ryan found a passion for lifting weights in the gym and has been a regular gym goer ever since.
His main interests are Bodybuilding and power lifting which can be seen within his training techniques.
On his days off Ryan enjoys taking part in obstacle races such as the Spartan Race or Tough Mudder and also frequents long hikes in the mountains of Ras Al Khaimah.
