Samer is an expert in the combat sports of Boxing, Martial Arts (taekwondo) and Kickboxing. He can teach you from a complete beginner to competition preparation and everything in between.

Although he can train you in combat style he can also provide personal training for fitness. This means all of the exercise benefits of boxing, kickboxing and martial arts can be used without the physical contact side.

This is ideal is you want to lose weight, tone your body, improve your core strength or workout for sports related fitness.

Samer can also provide 1-2-1 nutrition advice - ideal if you want to learn more about eating and staying healthy.

If you are interested in learning self-defense techniques in Sharjah Samer provides self-defense classes and one to one training.

Children can also be trained by Samer, whether your kids need to get more general exercise or would like to learn how to box, martial arts or beginner lessons in Jiu Jitsu for fitness. Kids lessons can be private or group based.
