About Personal Trainer Jordi

Dubai Personal Trainer Jordi is from Barcelona and spends his time living between the UAE and Barcelona.

He is a specialist personal trainer for adults (40+) and seniors and can help clients who have different training and fitness goals including weight loss, muscle and strength building, cardio fitness for seniors and more.

As a super fit 50 year old Jordi knows first hand that age is definitely not a barrier when it comes to improving your physique and increasing your overall fitness levels through leading a healthier life. 

He has worked with many senior clients in Dubai, providing coaching on a one to one and group basis.  Senior fitness is sometimes complex and using his experience and knowledge he will create a customised training program that is designed to be safe and effective.

Jordi has always had an interest in sports, practising rugby, basketball, swimming, running and karate. He is passionate about healthy living and travel.

Ultimately, Jordi’s goal is to ensure that all his coaching clients reach their goals by helping them change their lifestyle through exercise, good nutrition and positive mindset.

This depends on your fitness goals. Speak with Jordi for further advice. 

Jordi works with a qualified nutrition which means he can provide excellent diet and nutrition programs to accompany your personal training program. 

If you train at home in Dubai Jordi can provide smaller items of training equipment. Or, you can train in your building gym and outdoors.

If your gym in Dubai allows entry to freelance personal trainers you can train there. Otherwise there are other locations that can be used. 

The UAE Personal Trainers website is not a booking platform. Bookings for personal training services are made directly with the trainer and each trainer has their own policies. Before entering into a contract with a personal trainer you should check their booking, payment, cancellation and refund  policy.
