About Dubai PT Olga

Olga is a Ukrainian Personal Trainer, dance fitness instructor and flexibility coach who now provides customised workout training plans for ladies only in Dubai.

Her first interactions with fitness and dance activities started when she was over 20 years old, for many years she was learning different kinds of dance and fitness activities and she collected lots of knowledge and practices which she transformed into her own simple, pleasant and efficient system.

She is certified as a Personal Trainer, and she has teaching experience of more than 10 years in aerial arts, dance and fitness.

Olga PT in Dubai experience includes:

Flexibility Training designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles, to help to release tension and develop joint mobility and stability.

Burlesque choreography classes are provocative, sensual and artistic. It’s good cardio workout and it is full of creativity and fun. Different accessories might be used in the choreography, such as chair, hat, high heels and knee pads.

Booty Barre classes which are perfectly suited for home training in Dubai for those who want to build strong and lean bodies like a dancer.

The program includes exercises with the chair (barre), exercises with fitness bands, sliders and body weight from difference disciplines such as power yoga, Pilates, dance fitness techniques and so on.

Yes. Olga can provide professional nutrition and diet advice. It's important not only what to eat but also when to eat. In order to succeed in fitness goals and to maintain healthy body, eating habits are playing key role.

Daily meals should be balanced and full of nutrients, however even by eating healthy food still does not guarantee a desired weight loss and the most common reason for this is insulin resistance.

Eat 2-3 meals daily, try to avoid snacks (or eat 2 big meals and one small snack in between) and try to reduce your eating window to not more than 8 hours daily, eliminate sugar and fast carbs from your diet, include more green vegetables and healthy fats (such as coconut oil, avocado, salmon and so on) in your diet plan.

When training at home in Dubai no special equipment is required. 

If your gym in Dubai allows you to train with a freelance personal trainer Olga can train you there. Otherwise you can train at home or other locations.
