Daily meals should be balanced and full of nutrients, however even by eating healthy food still does not guarantee a desired weight loss and the most common reason for this is insulin resistance.
Eat 2-3 meals daily, try to avoid snacks (or eat 2 big meals and one small snack in between) and try to reduce your eating window to not more than 8 hours daily, eliminate sugar and fast carbs from your diet, include more green vegetables and healthy fats (such as coconut oil, avocado, salmon and so on) in your diet plan.
