Dubai PT Muhammad Shaban started working out back in high school in 2013 when he was 17 years old. As he grew up, he was always an insecure, overweight and a naïve person because of the time he spent the gym and his interest in fitness, he has built confidence in himself as he saw results in the gym.
He started boxing when he was 20 years old and was introduced into martial arts. He always wanted to be a fighter since he was 10 years old but because of his insecurity, he never grabbed that opportunity.
Now Muhammad loves teaching fitness and martial arts to others in Dubai as he loves seeing people making a positive impact on themselves.
He has been teaching boxing, martial arts & resistance training since 2021 because he saw that there is a huge demand for fitness in UAE as the obesity rate is 31% and the rate of being diabetic/pre-diabetic is 19%.
Muhammad started working in the fitness industry in 2019, started his first health & wellness business in 2014 when he was in university.
Today he runs his own fitness & nutritional wellness online franchise in UAE & Canada. Muhammad is very passionate about Boxing, Muay Thai, Martial Arts & working out.
He is still further exploring himself into other Martial Arts and continuing to learn different techniques, as he wants to pass down his knowledge to others.
The feeling of helping others is the best feeling he had in his life. His other hobbies outside of the gym are trying different sports, hiking, travelling to countries with nature and going to the beach.
He has a strong background in the study of insulin resistance. He is available to teach boxing & kickboxing, pad holding & sparring.
