Hey, I’m Beth. I’m a British personal trainer originally from a town in the English countryside, with 7 year experience in the health & fitness industry who now trains clients in Dubai.
Having always been into fitness, I’ve played sport from a young age, being part of an athletics team throughout my school years, completing all of my swimming badges and playing football from the age of 7 right up to the age of 20 for my hometown.
I came into the gym world at the age of 21 and this is where I discovered my passion for helping others within the health and fitness industry, going back into education and completing my Level 2 & 3 Personal Training Qualification and I really haven’t looked back since. I have experience coaching all ages throughout my years, training people from a senior age, adolescents (kids), people with special needs, big groups of people and smaller, more intimate groups.
I have adapted and experimented many different training techniques along my journey to fit my lifestyle and I feel like that really gives me an advantage when it comes to helping others as I can adapt these techniques I’ve learnt along the way to fit into other peoples lifestyles. I coach people to achieve their goals, in a fun way, whether that be fat loss, muscle building, physique shaping or just having someone push you to your limits and hold you accountable. I help you not only understand the importance of what working out can do for you mentally and physically, but we build better daily habits, work on that mindset so you learn to love yourself, your body and find that good balance so you can still enjoy your life without the fitness side of things feeling like a chore!
Having made many mistakes along the way and health and fitness being my life for the past seven years, I use this to my advantage when it comes to helping others. I help people achieve their goals in a REALISTIC and SUSTAINABLE way.
I do this by coaching people to understand that this isn’t a quick fix, it’s a lifestyle and together we will aim to build better daily habits to support that lifestyle so you can reach those goals all while still enjoying the things that you love.
I help people understand that everyone’s journey is completely different and what works for one person, might not work for you and this is what we break down together to achieve your goals.
Taking the longer route and getting 1% better each day will overall create a much bigger and sustainable picture and by the time you know it, step by step you have completely transformed your lifestyle.
Creating a friendly and fun workout environment, where my client feels they can vent their problems, while still being pushed to their unseen potential is really what I strive to do. By the time my clients are a few sessions in, they feel like they have a friend as well as a good trainer.

As part of your training program in Dubai Beth will provide you with a breakdown of your calories and macros and advise you on foods that are smarter to eat in order for you to reach your goals.
For example, she’ll give you healthier swaps and ideas for you to keep your protein high which means even eating out shouldn’t be a problem.
If you chose to train at home in Dubai you don’t need any specialist training kit. Beth can provide advice about smaller items of fitness equipment that it would be beneficial to have at home.

The UAE Personal Trainers website is not a booking platform. Bookings for personal training services are made directly with the trainer and each trainer has their own policies. Before entering into a contract with a personal trainer you should check their booking, payment, cancellation and refund policy.

As part of your training program with Beth (at home in Dubai or the gym) you will be using:
