The first steps that should be taken are to perfect the technique, once that is sorted and you are moving correctly we can up the intensity safely.

Christie believes that training with weights is the most efficient way of changing the shape of your body whether you want to lose fat, tone and tighten or build muscle mass - with the correct programming all goals can be reached!

She also believes that workouts in Dubai should be specific but varied and weights (dumbbells and kettlebells), resistance bands, bodyweight, boxing and HIIT are all great ways of overloading your body to burn extra calories, increase metabolism and become stronger and fitter.

Revolution Fitness also have partner gyms at a variety of locations within Dubai which will allow you to train in a gym environment f you prefer. Training in a gym environment might be beneficial to your training needs if you have specific goals or need to do specific exercise/training. This can be discussed with Christie when you contact her about your fitness/training requirements.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Before you start any personal training sessions in Dubai with Chirstie, a fitness evaluation is performed. This helps her to understand more about your training objectives and goals, this also provides you with an opportunity to discuss your likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise (and exercise equipment). One of the key purposes of an evaluation is to let you get to know your trainer and vice versa.

The details gathered during your evaluation can then be used to create an adaptable fitness regime suited to you.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Training in one of the Revolution Fitness affiliated gyms will provide you with all the equipment required for your training sessions. Training at home in Dubai or outdoors may require specific training equipment. During your consultation with Christie, you will discuss the type of training you are interested in participating in and the type of equipment to be used. If you require any additional equipment, we will discuss at this point however, Christie has the equipment required for most training requirements.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes. Diet and good nutritional practices should be part of leading a healthier lifestyle in general. Each client has different goals and objectives therefore diet and nutrition guidelines are provided accordingly. For example, someone who employs the services of a personal trainer in Dubai to gain muscle mass would have a different diet and nutrition requirement to someone who wants to lose weight.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. Some clients prefer to train within a group environment, perhaps with family, friends or co-workers. Group personal training can also be good for keeping you motivated. What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Situations arise when you might need to cancel a personal training session with Christie. Revolution Fitness apply the following cancellation policy.

• If you cancel with minimum 24 hour notice then no charges are made. If you should cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, then that session is charged. (exceptions are made)

    PT in Dubai Christie - Weight loss client storyCongrats to Dina from Dubai! Two months in and the measurements speak for themselves.

    Five inches and three inches from the waist and hips respectively. A little under 2kgs lost on the scales. This is a perfect example on how focusing entirely on the weight can be wasted energy! If your health and fitness goal is to change your body shape or size then why remain fixated on a number?

    Happy, healthy bodies are strong, functional and stable. For these muscles have to adapt becoming stronger, denser and... heavier! So always get your measurements done as well so you can see in real terms how your body is changing 😃
