Naomi has been Personal Training since 2016. She specializes in Strength Training for women to achieve weight loss or weight gain respectively.

Naomi can train her clients in the facility she works at in Motor City – The Den DXB, or is available to train at your home, building gyms with her own equipment that she can bring to you.
Naomi also takes group classes from the gym she works from, The Den DXB located in Motor City. These classes are mixed and are structured in a similar format of strength and conditioning. The group classes are no more than 10 people so her clients still get the one on one attention and all scaled to that clients particular needs & goals.

If the facility is not possible to train from, than Naomi is available to come to your home, residential building gym, or any outdoor locations around Dubai. She has access to plenty of equipment, Dumbbells, Kettle-bells, Med balls, bands, plates, boxes.
