About Me:

Sara was born and raised in the UK. She has always had a passion for dance and was lucky enough to pursue this as a career from the age of 19. During this time Sara was also studying to become a professional personal trainer, as she was eager to help people achieve their fitness goals and improve overall lifestyle. Sara moved to Dubai in January 2015 and looks forward to continuing sharing her knowledge and skills to all her Dubai personal training clients.

Sara specialises in pre and post natal personal training and Pilates but is equally qualified and experienced to provide fitness and exercise focused training for a variety of other needs and objectives.

Sara is a huge fan of variety when it comes to training herself & loves to incorporate Pilates, HITT, Strength & Conditioning. When training personal trainer clients Sara always plans the sessions to target their personal goals & needs to make sure each individual is happy with their results.

Where can you provide personal training services?

Being a mobile personal trainer allows Sara to provide your personal trainer sessions at various locations in Dubai at your convenience. You can train in your home, your building gym, outside or at one of 15 partner gyms.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes. Sara offers a free consultation before you commence your Dubai personal training. This includes a meet and greet to discuss your fitness and exercise goals, what you want to achieve from your personal trainer sessions, your medical history and also nutritional advise.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes. Sara will discuss this with you during your consultation. Diet and nutritional planning differs from client to client and is based on your goals and fitness needs. Using the information about your personal training objectives Sara can design a personalised nutrition plan.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. Some people prefer to have their Dubai personal trainer sessions organised into a group for motivational purposes and support. With this in mind Sara does offer group training rates which can be discussed by contacting her using the green ‘contact’ tab in her personal trainer profile page.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Pre-booking a set of time slots is recommended to ensure your times are available.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

If you need to cancel a personal training session with Sara Revolution Fitness apply the following cancellation policy.

If you cancel with 24 hour notice then no charges are made. If you have to cancel with less than 24 hours notice then that session is charged. (exceptions are made)

    Sara is excellent, reliable and helps make me feel very comfortable in training. I have never had personal training before and was a bit apprehensive, but she has made it fun. I feel like I am making good progress and am really enjoying the sessions. Being pregnant, I also wanted to make sure I was working out with someone who understood my prenatal personal training needs, and this is definitely the case. Sara talks me through what we are doing and explains the ways in which certain exercises will help during and after my pregnancy. I would definitely recommend Sara to anyone looking for personal training.

    I have been personally training with Sara for 3 months following the birth of my third baby. It was important for me to find a trainer that could do sessions at my home, and had specific knowledge of post pregnancy exercise, which Sara has in abundance. Sara is able to work me hard and encourage me to do that little bit more and not give up. Her personal trainer sessions are challenging, varied but most importantly, fun!     I’ve been having Personal Trainer sessions with Sara since January and she has been great. The workouts are always different, so I never get bored and they are tailored to address my specific needs. I’ve had Personal Trainer sessions before at gyms in Dubai but I have never had a trainer that is so attentive to ensure I do the workouts right. She really knows how to motivate and encourage me, particularly through the tougher exercises…and it is definitely paying off: I’ve been feeling stronger, fitter, more energetic and the sessions are a great start to my workdays. I won’t be stopping the sessions anytime soon!

    I have been training in Dubai with sara for a month and I am progressing greatly toward my goal and I already started seeing the difference in this time. She seems to have a knack for knowing what I’m capable of and doesn’t let me slack off. She gives you just enough leeway to keep you focussed but not enough that you’re not pushing yourself to finish the set. She’s fun to work with, great for results and a truly excellent trainer. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to get focussed and stay focussed. Nothing like the sense of achievement you get when you finish one of sara’s personal training sessions!
