She is a highly skilled coach who provides cusomised workout programs for Ladies and children in Dubai – whether you want private 1-2-1 training or as part of a group.

Mohita’s first interactions with fitness and dance activities started when she was around 16 years old, for many years she practised and learned different kinds of dance and fitness activities. Using this knowledge and experience she has effectively created her own style of dance for fitness program which is effective and provides great results for weight loss, body toning, flexibility and increased fitness levels.

As a professional, Mohita is a certified Personal Trainer and Exercise to Music Instructor who has more than 6 years coaching and training experience, helping many ladies with different health and fitness goals in Dubai.

Her main dance for fitness experience includes:

Bollywood dance training, hip-hop and semi classical dance classes that focus on enhancing and improving facial expressions, performing coordinated rhythmic movements to Indian music and exploring western dance forms as well.

The special Bollywood funk dance sessions and Zumba sessions are a mix of Indian and western dance forms.

No training equipment is required for at home fitness coaching in Dubai. 

If your gym in Dubai allows access to freelance personal trainers you can workout there. Otherwise there are plenty of other locations where you can train.
