She never stop pushing her limits, she’s done body sculpting and run sub 4 hour marathons.

The best fitness program I ever had

My experience with Amira's fitness program is one of the best I ever had. I worked with her to lose fats and gain muscle. My height is 167 cm. Before my sessions with her, I weighed 86 kgs with 32% body fat. After three months — 69 kgs 19% body fat! Apart from the physical transformation, my most valuable take away was a better understanding of how to live a healthier lifestyle. She taught me how to incorporate simple things in my daily routine that will keep me fit, from nutrition to the exercise routines. Every bit was worth it.
