Fitness and Sports have been an essential part of Amira’s life for as long as she can remember.

She never stop pushing her limits, she’s done body sculpting and run sub 4 hour marathons.

Can't recommend highly enough

I live training with Amira, it's a lot of fun and pain lol. Amira is a highly qualified and accredited fitness professional. I had a knee injury and this had limited the kind of exercises I could do. I have had the pleasure of personal training with Amira for 6 months. Amira truly cares about her clients and takes the time to interview each one so she knows their story and dedicates her time and energy, providing a health and result-driven experience. The best part for me was the assessment. Coach Amira spent 2 hours asking questions about my lifestyle, my likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise and also my fitness goals. My experience with Amira's fitness program is one of the best I ever had. I worked with her to lose fats and gain muscle. My height is 167 cm. Before my sessions with her, I weighed 86 kgs with 32% body fat. After three months — 69 kgs 19% body fat!
