About Dubai Fitness Coach Mercy

Mercy is a female personal trainer in Dubai who has had an interest in health, fitness and nutrition from a young age. Her passion for fitness increased when her own parents were diagnosed with hypertension because of obesity. This was something she wanted to correct. 

With a high level of education in health and fitness, including a Bsc in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics from Kenyatta University in Nairobi Mercy knows and teachers that above all you need to get your nutrition and diet on track to see and feel results. 

For clients in Dubai, Mercy can help them lose weight, reduce fat and improve (or build) muscle. She can also help pregnant women with safe and effective pre and post natal exercises. 

If you want to improve your endurance and stamina with a great cardio fitness program Mercy can help too. 

As a female PT in Dubai Mercy educates her clients on the importance of each and every workout – she won’t just show you how to workout, she will explain the how and why. 

Every training plan has to be accompanied by a good sustainable meal plan to achieve end results.

If you want to do your personal training at home in Dubai Mercy can provide smaller items of training kit. 

You can train at your gym in Dubai if they allow freelance personal trainers to train with you. 

The UAE Personal Trainers website is not a booking platform. Bookings for personal training services are made directly with the trainer and each trainer has their own policies. Before entering into a contract with a personal trainer you should check their booking, payment, cancellation and refund  policy.
