Nick is a general fitness expert who can use a wide variety of exercise and workout plans to help you achieve all your fitness goals.

Where can you provide personal training services?

Nick is a mobile personal trainer in Dubai, UAE. This means he can provide your personal training in your home, your building gym and even an outdoor location. If you would prefer to train in a gym there are several partner gyms throughout the city that can be used.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes! Nick will meet his clients before a program is started. This no-obligation session allows you to get to know Nick and ask any question or address any concerns you have. During this consultation Nick can also get to know you and provide advice on creating the ideal fitness plan for your personal needs.

Ongoing monitoring of your progress is also an important aspect of Nick’s personal training. With monitoring of your progress changes to you workout/exercise plans can be incorporated to make sure you are on the right track.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

No. Nick has equipment for all of his training styles but he would recommend getting your own boxing gloves if you wanted to do boxing/kickboxing as part of your training regime.  You can discuss any additional recommendation before you start your training in Dubai.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes. As a professional sportsmen Nick knows that diet and nutrition are very important when it comes to your lifestyle and fitness goals. With this in mind a nutrition/diet plan can be provided.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. Nick is a specialist group training instructor for Boot Camps, TRX, group PT and circuits.
Group training is a great way to stay motivated and to save some money – contact Nick for current group personal training costs.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes. It’s much better to pre-book sessions to ensure you will get the sessions you want at a time you want. Nick recommends pre booking because it also helps you stay focused on your personal training goals.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

If you cancel with 24 hour notice then no charges are made. If you have to cancel with less than 24 hours notice then that session is charged. (exceptions are made)
