Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

All Personal Training Sessions have to be booked at least 24 hours prior to booked session.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellation of Personal Training session has to be made minimum 24 hours advance or in the event of no show up of the client, it shall result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.

Her consistent updates and redesigning of my sessions kept me progressing consistently. The results were faster than expected. She’s very humble, kind and a great motivator!

    I started to workout from last October 2018. I subscribed in Golds Gym and joined many types of classes, group classes without personal trainer. While taking those classes I didn’t see any difference or improvement in my fitness, instead my body used to hurt me a lot after those exercise especially one of them I joined were body step classes. After taking this class my body used to pain throughout the whole week and I didn’t see any difference for the first 3 months even when I was working out for 3 hours daily but no improvement. I soon developed arthritis, dizzy and fatigued and my only goal was to get lean, look healthy and fit. So after 3 months I decided to take a personal trainer for myself. And I must say by the help of this personal trainer within 6 weeks I saw a lot of improvements in my body I lost around 6-7 kgs, reduced my body fat % as I only used to workout with this personnel 50 minutes daily and in first 6 weeks my body improved a lot I saw a big difference before and after basically this trainer was helping me to regain my strength and improve circulation around my knees. I started to love myself and my body and in my opinion I couldn’t ask for a better coach than her, she understands me and my specific goals so well and so far this helped me with rehab exercises and getting back to attending group classes and adding more her nutrition plan. I love her ability to instill staple food to the nutrition plan, it’s one of the best plans so far. Before I used to get tired easily but now under this trainer I don’t feel that tiredness and plus I started to love coming to the gym and working out and most importantly, I started to love myself more. I think she is the best personal trainer so far.

    Tasneem is not just a PT she’ll be your life coach and friend and motivate you when you don’t feel motivated. She’s honestly one of the best trainers I’ve ever come across and I hired a lot of personal trainers and she’s honestly one of the best ever.

    Miss Tasneem Mukadam is one the best trainers we have had at gold gym. Being an active member of the gold gym for the past 3 years, I have had the opportunity to work with many good group class instructors towards my fitness goals. But when I joined with Tasneem for my personal training she brought with her fresh energy and motivation for us all..Her core strength is her deep knowledge about nutrition and fitness and her great attitude. She takes time to talk to her trainees and understand how their body works and then give a clear direction about how to achieve goals.In my case following her diet plan and training under her personally has brought me amazing results. At the gym we see her walking around giving advice to everyone who seem in need. She has buoyed our spirits and we feel happy to be members of gold gym when we have trainers such as her.
