Couldn't ask for a better coach

I started to workout from last October 2018. I subscribed in Golds Gym and joined many types of classes, group classes without personal trainer. While taking those classes I didn’t see any difference or improvement in my fitness, instead my body used to hurt me a lot after those exercise especially one of them I joined were body step classes. After taking this class my body used to pain throughout the whole week and I didn’t see any difference for the first 3 months even when I was working out for 3 hours daily but no improvement. I soon developed arthritis, dizzy and fatigued and my only goal was to get lean, look healthy and fit. So after 3 months I decided to take a personal trainer for myself. And I must say by the help of this personal trainer within 6 weeks I saw a lot of improvements in my body I lost around 6-7 kgs, reduced my body fat % as I only used to workout with this personnel 50 minutes daily and in first 6 weeks my body improved a lot I saw a big difference before and after basically this trainer was helping me to regain my strength and improve circulation around my knees. I started to love myself and my body and in my opinion I couldn’t ask for a better coach than her, she understands me and my specific goals so well and so far this helped me with rehab exercises and getting back to attending group classes and adding more her nutrition plan. I love her ability to instill staple food to the nutrition plan, it’s one of the best plans so far. Changes seen within a week

After being unhealthy for a couple years, we approached Tasneem. The three of us had intrractive group sessions thrice a week. I had knee issues but Tasneem made sure that it did not come in the way of my weightloss. Within a week of training, we have been able to see visible changes in our bodies.
