Where can you provide personal training services?

Peter can provide personal training service anywhere that permits it, from your backyard to any gym that allows outside trainers to train, for example Train SF in Al quoz,  EMD Fitness in Business bay, TKMMA training in the marina etc – Peter can provide further advice on training locations in Dubai when you contact him.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes. Peter provides assessments/evaluations before you start any program.  This will include movment and imbalance tests and overall fitness level assessments. Peter also likes to ensure on-going monitoring of your progress in also included with mid-program and end results. This gives the client the chance to see results in strength or weight loss. It also gives clients accountability to commit to training and goals and helps them stay focused and motivated.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes. All you need to provide is appropriate training clothing, a towel and water to see you through the session.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes. Because nutrition is the foundation to a good exercise and workout plan 2 options are provided. Peter provides a step by step guide to changing the way you eat or a catered diet for your fitness and lifestyle goals.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. Discounts can be provided for group personal training in Dubai. Please contact Peter for further information and his current group personal trainer price.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes. You are encouraged to pre-book timeslots to ensure Peter is available for your preferred training times.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Emergencies cancellations are allowed at last min. Otherwise please ensure you provide Peter with at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation or no-show charges. Once personal training sessions are purchased there can be no refund unless there is a medical reason for the cancellation.

    Pete's the perfect mix of tough and encouraging, and can help anyone of all fitness levels. He is able to come up with different sets that keep it fun and interesting by judging what would be most beneficial for each client. Saying this... I have referred Pete to my friends, who are all very pleased with the outcome. Pete's given advice on what to cut down on regarding food intake, what I should eat more of etc which is helpful as its not cutting out all the good stuff completely but treating yourself from time to time. My housemate injured her knee couple of weeks back and by mentioning it in passing to Pete, he was able to give advice on what she should do, which doctor to see, physio etc which was extremely helpful as her doctor was useless. There's no judgement from his side, even though I am a smoker. He caters the workout to gain the best results. Two thumbs up!
