About Dubai PT Cameron

Cameron is an experienced and qualified personal trainer from the United Kingdom who has lived the Majority of his life in Dubai, UAE.

Educated in a British School in Jumeirah and moving back to the UK for University where he pursued his passion for Health and Fitness by studying Sport & Exercise Science at Leeds Metropolitan University and honed his skills for some years in the UK before making the move back to Dubai.

He can train men and women in Dubai who have very different needs, always helping them to reach and exceed their fitness goals with a combination of great training techniques and positive lifestyle changes.

Cameron always had a passion for sport from playing football as a child, to mountain biking, to snowboarding, to Golf to now being an avid Rugby player.

Whether you want to lose weight as part of your fitness goal, improve your physique with muscle and strength building or work on your cardio fitness with boxing and HIIT programs he can help. All his personal training programs are customised to hid clients needs and starting level.

How Can Cameron Help You?

Cameron is a fun, down to earth and very normal guy which he feels gives him the interpersonal skills that allow him to connect and relate to a lot of people; helping him better understand peoples situations and emotions.

He trained in the UK for 2 years as a rookie PT – making mistakes but always learning from them. Coming back to his home, Dubai, he bought a wealth of training experience with him having worked with many people from different cultures, abilities and backgrounds.

Cameron builds a strong and trusting relationship with his personal training clients. He listens to what you want to achieve from hiring a coach and not what he thinks you should achieve.

Any coach can put a training plan together and string a few exercises together to make a workout hard; but that’s not what Personal Training is about. He believes that trainer and client is a working partnership working towards your goals – both short term and long term.

Whatever your fitness goal is in Dubai Cameron likes to make his session fun, enjoyable and most importantly with long term sustainability. His training methods are not just about doing an exercise or routine, he wants you to learn the reasons why an exercise or routine helps.

It’s like driving lessons; you have your driving instructor for a few months but once you build the skills and knowledge to do what you aim to do, then you don’t need that instructor any more.

Cameron feels that accountability is something that the fitness industry often lacks because most Personal Trainers lack personality, empathy or even the basic knowledge of what their client is going through emotionally.

With all of the above in mind, Cameron will make your training and relationship with food and exercise a sustainable one so that you continue to see results for life, whether that be a change in body composition, improved strength, improved mobility or even training for an event like strongman or triathlon.

A realistic yet scientific approach to Nutrition that is not only easy to understand but also easy to follow. Cameron not tell you what to eat. He gives you parameters in which to stay within to help you enjoy the foods you like, have a the occasional day of doing what you want and enjoying a social life with friends & family but still achieve results.

If you train at home Cameron can provide smaller items of training equipment. 

Training at the gym is possible in Dubai. Contact Cameron for advice about which gyms you can train in. 

The UAE Personal Trainers website is not a booking platform. Bookings for personal training services are made directly with the trainer and each trainer has their own policies. Before entering into a contract with a personal trainer you should check their booking, payment, cancellation and refund  policy.
