About Dubai Fitness Coach Mohamed

Originally from Egypt, personal trainer Mohamed Elemam has been successfully training clients in Dubai for more than 10 years. 

He is a highly experienced fitness coach with a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education from Alexandria University. 

Using both his knowledge of the human body and his extensive personal fitness coaching skills he can prepare a personalised workout program which can also include diet and nutrition advice. 

Whether you want to lose fat for a more defined look, work on your cardio fitness, increase your muscle size of simply tone up he can help. He is a specialist when it comes to core fitness too, helping clients all over Dubai build a great six pack.

Yes. If you need nutrition and diet advice as part of your personal coaching program in Dubai this will be provided. 

When you train at home in Dubai you will not need any special equipment. On the day of training Mohamed will attend with any required fitness kit. 

If your gym in Dubai allows you to train with a freelance PT you can train there. Otherwise there are other locations including your home, your gym and even outdoors.
