Musa is a fully qualified personal trainer in Dubai with special experience in training adults and children for weight management, cardio fitness, strength, body conditioning and rehabilitation exercise. 

Musa has always had an interest in health and fitness which began at an early age. His parents are both successful personal trainers in the UAE which helped Musa understand that physical and mental fitness are a lifestyle choice. 

Training with Musa follows guided principles:

• If you are ready for change and you know that it takes time x effort x patience x perseverance.

• Need a coach with the right tools, who work hands-on by narrowing down their focus towards clearing your obstacles and getting you as near as possible to the best version of yourself (physically x mentally).

• If you understand that the accountability part works both ways. If you “skip”, provide excuses about not training and general have no commitment Musa can help with that but only if you want to change.

• Your time is valuable, Musa understands that. Time is a mutual investment and needs to be used wisely with the best possible results.

Being qualified to work with adults and children, Musa understands the needs of his clients and understands that sometimes the journey to a fitter you can be a difficult one. However, when you get proper guidance, advice and the correct training program that journey can be much easier. 

If you have problems with weight gain or want to improve your confidence through physique improvement  through muscle building and definition he can help. His customised training plans use a variety of training techniques to get the best results. This includes bootcamp, CrossFit, boxing for fitness and strength training. 

He can also help with flexibility coaching by using calisthenics and gymnastics routines. These are ideal for children in Dubai too who otherwise might get bored with traditional exercise methods. 

Training with Musa will definitely change your view about health and fitness. He educates his clients on the reasons why they are doing a routine rather than just doing it. 

To ensure you continue to get great results ongoing monitoring of your progress and testing is performed regularly. 

 

How Can Moosa Help You?

The reason you want to invest in Musa’s coaching system is because he values your most valuable currency, your “time” and together you’ll embark on a journey that would bring you a surplus of fulfilment and contement emotionally and physically which would be achieved by clearing out your obstacles (physical/emotional) through commited, customised fitness coaching.

Nutritional and Coaching Plan Duration: 12 WEEKS/ 4 Sessions per Week.

The slots are limited and Musa selects 1-2 applicants only based on his current availability. He works with a very limited number of clients for a long duration of time (after finding out if they’re the right fit initially) which proves his dedication to you.

If you’re not the right fit or dissatisfied with the training, he’ll refund you the money back for the duration of the coaching program after 14 days of you being on the program (within 14 days you’ll get to experience how it feels like, and a sneak peek into the best version of your future-self).

Please note: if you miss more than 15% of the total sessions in the program, you will be removed from the coaching program, we’ll refund you the entire money back (7-8 SESSIONS IN 12 WEEKS).

Musa provides two different consultations:

15-20 Minute Zoom Call – Explanation on the Coaching System and A Brief a Get to Know, works over a cup of coffee as well and it’s free

60 Minute 1-1 IN Person Assessment

For his clients who want to be a fitter, healthier version of themselves Musa likes to incorporate CrossFit coaching into his workouts. CrossFit is an amazing way to get fit and improve your cardio fitness too. CrossFit has been proven to help men and women in Dubai lose weight at the same time as conditioning their bodies and improving their overall muscle tone. 

CrossFit is not the only method Musa can use. He also provides boxing for fitness which is ideal if you want to try a HIIT based routine that is both effective and fun. 

Flexibility is important for all ages and this is why Musa likes to add a touch of flexibility coaching as part of his programs. For adults, flexibility training helps with mobility (ideal for seniors) and for kid it can help as they grow. 

Whether you want to train to achieve a great body or want to work on your general fitness Musa is a motivational trainer who strives to make sure you see and feel great results.

Yes, Nutrition is a key component when it comes to achieving your goals, therefore depending on your goals Musa will provide advice regarding nutrition that will immensely benefit your physical performance and get you closer to your goals, Musa will be following up with you as will to make sure you are consistent and if there are certain changes that need to be made.

Musa can provide at home coaching in Dubai and will visit you with smaller items of training equipment. You don’t need access to your own training kit. 

Training can be provided at home in Dubai. Other locations are available on request. 

The UAE Personal Trainers website is not a booking platform. Bookings for personal training services are made directly with the trainer and each trainer has their own policies. Before entering into a contract with a personal trainer you should check their booking, payment, cancellation and refund  policy.
