Dubai PT Tom is from the UK. During his youth he gained a keen interest in boxing, bodybuilding, football and karate.
This interest in fitness & sport led him to join the British Army in 2009. He served in a regiment called the Grenadier Guards, which are well known for being The Queens personal guard and highly disciplined. After leaving the army Tom embarked on a career in the personal fitness industry.
Having a background in the military has taught Tom that with dedication, hard work and the right advice you can reach your fitness goals whether that is weight loss, fat loss, body transformation or sports fitness.
Tom gained a level 3 diploma in personal trainer and has worked at gyms in the UK where he gained experience from working with a variety of clients, all with different goals and body times. His clients ranged from those wanting to lose fat, improve their muscle definition or improve their sports performance.
Having worked in a gym environment for a couple of years he had built up enough clients to go completely freelance and independent. Tom spent a further 4 years in the UK coaching before he finally decided to move to Dubai in 2020.
Tom continued his freelance coaching when moving to Dubai and retained his UK clients on an online basis.
Alongside fitness coaching, Tom a big believer in education and he never stop improving himself. He has recently obtained a level 4 qualification in Strength & Conditioning, which ultimately allows him to pass more knowledge on to his clients.
