Marc is a 25 years old Dane who moved to Dubai in June 2017 to continue his personal training career. Prior to starting his career as a personal trainer Marc played football professionally for the best league in Denmark. Being a professional sportsman takes commitment and Marc knows that with dedication and support you can achieve all your health and fitness goals in Dubai.

As well as providing personal training to clients in Dubai who are interested in sports fitness Marc’s experience is varied. Being from a professional football playing background Marc is the ideal choice if you need training in football fitness in the UAE or if you someone to coach small groups of adults or children.

He uses different exercise and training techniques based on what he feels will benefit the client most, this includes bodyweight training, weightlifting, CrossFit and more. Marc is also experienced in the specialist area of personal training and fitness for seniors and the elderly in the UAE.

Every PT client is different and they have different needs. Normally Marc likes to incorporate bodyweight movements as a part of his personalised training plans. Marc likes to focus on correct form and technique to ensure you get the best possible results from all your training sessions. Where can you provide personal training services?

Being a mobile personal trainer in Dubai Marc is able to provide your PT sessions at a time and location to suit you – his service is very flexible. You can train at home with minimal equipment or you could train at one of the Revolution Fitness approved partner gyms in Dubai. To add some variety to your personal training sessions you can also train outdoors depending on your fitness goals.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes. Before you start your training program Marc will arrange a consultation. During this inital meeting Marc can get a better idea of your training goals and what you like and dislike when it comes to exercise. You can also discuss your ideas with Marc during the consultation and ask any questions you have.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes. If your personal training sessions in Dubai are taken at home then Marc will attend each session with the required equipment. Sometimes having some training kit yourself is useful, you can discuss this with Marc to see what he recommends.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

A healthy lifetstyle starts with what you eat and forms a major part of any health and fitness plan. With this in mind Marc can provide advice on diet and nutrition which will be tailor-made according to your particular goals. For example someone wanting to lose weight would need different nutritional advice than someone wanting to gain muscle etc.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes. It is preferable to pre-book a set of personal trainer sessions if you can to ensure your preferred training times are available on a week to week basis.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

If you need to cancel a training session please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation or no show fees. You should contact Marc directly to cancel your personal training time.
