Dubai Female PT Samantha is a qualified Fitness and Wellness Coach. She has been living and working with clients in Dubai for nearly 9 years, originally from the UK.

Samantha specialises in Fat Loss, Pre and Post Natal training, Sports Massage and Sports Rehab. Sam is also a qualified Precision Nutrition 1 Coach, educating and assisting clients with their food choices which can help you achieve your fitness goals faster. She helps clients physically and holistically to ‘Get Fit for Life’.

For Samantha, ongoing personal development is essential. She likes to further her own education in this ever evolving industry to ensure all her clients benefit from not only tried and tested training methods but also new developments.

Each year Samantha aims to gain one more qualification enabling her to bring a further diversified approach to her fitness coaching in Dubai.

Samantha offers a fully personalised service to her clients in Dubai, travelling to their homes/apartments/gyms at a time that suits them.

Her overall training style is based around HIIT training as she believes it is the most effective method for fat loss, toning and increased fitness. She does however tailor client programs to individual needs and goals.

Every session is varied and Samantha will challenge you and your body in different ways each time keeping you focused and ensuring your training program never becomes boring.

Samantha is qualified to train men and woman of all ages, ranging from children to 60+. Fitness has no ages limit. Some of her clients have even started their fitness journey at 60 with great results.

She can also train women pre, during and post pregnancy. Training during pregnancy is really essential for your health and the health of your baby. It is very safe to train during this time, as long as you are working with a qualified pregnancy fitness coach in Dubai, who can adapt training for each stage of your pregnancy.

Many of her clients have been with me Samantha for over 5 years which is testament to the high quality of her programs. Fitness has become part of their lifestyle and is a constant journey.

Progression is one of the most important aspects of your fitness journey with Samantha. This comes in many forms, it may not be physical change you see straight away but mental and emotion. Working together with Samantha will constantly improve your health and allow you to reach goals.
