About Female Fitness Coach Jen:

Jen is a British Personal Trainer who has been living and working in the UAE for 10 years and is based in Abu Dhabi. She has a strong sporting background and has participated in an array of sports at a high standard from childhood, including; Tennis, Netball, Cross Country Running and Athletics. She has also competed at British regional level in Swimming and Field Hockey and attended London’s Pineapple Dance Studios for a number of years; receiving training in Tap and Contemporary dance.

Jen has enjoyed a passion for exercise her whole life and through attending high level fitness classes all over the world she has acquired an education in specialized teaching techniques and become well practiced in a variety of expert training styles. She has also run a number of popular group fitness classes over the last 2 years for beginner and intermediate level clients incorporating training styles such as; Body Combat, Boxercise, Circuit Training, HIIT and Zumba.

Jen is a motivational, charismatic and vibrant personal fitness trainer in Abu Dhabi whose enthusiasm is infectious. Where can you provide personal training services?

Anywhere, Jen is a mobile personal trainer based in Abu Dhabi which allows her to be completely flexible when it comes to where and when you train. You can use your building gym, your home, your office , an outdoor location.

Or visit one of the Advantage Sports UAE approved gyms in Abu Dhabi Golf Club, Four Seasons Abu Dhabi, Le Meridien Abu Dhabi, Sheraton Corniche Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Beach Golf Club or St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

The right training plan is crucial to help you on the road to achieving your fitness goals. With this in mind a fitness evaluation is performed for each new client which will help Jen find out more about you, your lifestyle, your current fitness level and of course your previous training/exercise experience. With this information Jen can then prepare a plan which is designed to help you achieve your goals in a safe training and timely way.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes, all you will need is a towel and a bottle of water. The kind of equipment you might need depends on what you want to achieve from your sessions and your current level and ability. Jen and our venues will provide all equipment needed.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Diet and nutrition does perform a major role in a healthy lifestyle and any fitness regime. Jen is a sports nutrition specialist and can offer advise and support for healthy eating plans based on your needs and fitness regimes.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Group Packages and Semi Private options are available yes.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes, booking in advance is mandatory due to demand.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours notice will be charged for the cancelled session, unless already agreed with Advantage Sports Management.

Advantage Sports understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 24 hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if Advantage Sports is notified prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.

    I attended Jen’s fitness class twice a week for two years and really miss it! Jen’s routines are well organized and vary from week to week so I was never bored. She is a great motivator and encourages you to push yourself to your limits. That said her classes suit all fitness levels and Jen is happy to adjust certain exercises for those needing to work at a different pace. I got much better results from training with Jen than I did from going to the gym. Her classes give you an all over body workout - they’re great for toning as well as weight loss.     My favorite thing about Jen’s exercise classes was her ability to keep her workouts both interesting and challenging. Each week Jen modified the class, which kept me motivated and coming back. Even if I wasn’t sure wasn’t sure what work out we would be doing each week, I knew I would get a good workout. The class was a perfect balance of cardio and strength training. There was always a good mixture of cardiovascular exercises like running and strength-building exercises like lunges, weights, push-ups and crunches. Jen does a great job of motivating and energizing her students (regulars and newcomers), and the constantly changing activities definitely get you sweating. Exercising in Jen’s class was fun and physically rewarding. Whilst you could choose your own pace, Jen helps you to push yourself and I definitely managed more than I do when I am working out alone.
