Jen loves to teach Zumba and Dance Fitness because these are fun ways to get in shape and help with weight loss.
As well as Dance Fitness Jen is an expert in Boxercise, Body Combat Training, Circuit Training, Pilates Coaching and HIIT exercise.
Using a combination of training methods and thanks to her extensive knowledge of physiology, Jen carefully prepares tailored fitness plans that you can easily follow at home. If you prefer to train in a gym or in a class this can also be provided.
Above all Jen wants to see you succeed and will do everything to ensure all your personal fitness goals are met. If you need nutrition and diet advice as part of a healthy living plan this can also be included.
