Abu Dhabi Female Personal Trainer – Tash

Tash is an all-round fitness expert and has achieved a Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training and Level 2 Gym Instructor. Originally from New Zealand, Tash now works as a personal trainer and fitness coach in Abu Dhabi. She can provide training at home for all fitness levels and also gym training for fitness classes.

In her teenage years Tash was a competitive horse rider competing in Events and Showing Jumping traveling throughout New Zealand. At the age of 25 she decided to that it was time for an adventure so moved to London.

Tash lived in London for 14 years and used this time to travel throughout Europe. In 2015 when Tash moved to Abu Dhabi she followed her passions by becoming a photographer and then latterly a Personal Trainer.

Tash is a very active and motivated person and loves and participates in many different sports. Tash has been training for over 22 years and works out in the gym on a regular basis. Her personal fitness journey has not been an easy one. In her twenties she was overweight and it was at this time that she decided it was time for change of lifestyle.

This change in lifestyle saw her lose 30kg through hard work and dedication. She knows it can be done! She’s done it!

Tash’s journey led her to achieving a Diploma in Personal Training and her ambition is to help and motivate others to realize their fitness goals. She wants to prove that you can achieve your fitness goals and She wants to be the one that helps you on your fitness journey. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle has become a huge part of Tash’s life and its now a daily routine for her.

She will go the ‘extra mile’ for her clients and is extremely dedicated. She will design and deliver fun filled programs to cater for your needs to ensure that you reach the targets you have set.

As a fitness coach, Tash prefers weight exercises and body weights exercises in a combination that improve muscle tone, definition, strength and flexibility. Circuits, HIIT, Tabata and boot camps the perfect combination to increase cardiovascular efficiency, loose body fat, increase strength and get clients in that positive routine to regular exercise.

Where can you provide personal training services?

Anywhere, Tash is a mobile personal trainer based in Abu Dhabi which allows her to be completely flexible when it comes to where and when you train. You can use your building gym, your home, your office , an outdoor location.

Tash works with Advantage Sports UAE so you can also train in one of their gyms in Abu Dhabi Golf Club, Abu Dhabi City Golf Club, Four Seasons Abu Dhabi, or St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

The right training plan is crucial to help you on the road to achieving your fitness goals in Abu Dhabi. With this in mind a fitness evaluation is performed for each new client which will help Tash find out more about you, your lifestyle, your current fitness level and of course your previous training/exercise experience.

With this information Tash can then prepare a plan which is designed to help you achieve your goals in a safe training and timely way.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes, all you will need is a towel and a bottle of water. The kind of equipment you might need depends on what you want to achieve from your sessions and your current level and ability.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Diet and nutrition does perform a major role in a healthy lifestyle and any fitness regime.

Tash is a nutrition specialist and can offer advise and support for healthy eating plans based on your needs and fitness regimes.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Group Packages and Semi Private options are available yes.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes, booking in advance is mandatory due to demand.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours notice will be charged for the cancelled session, unless already agreed with Advantage Sports Management.

Advantage Sports understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 24 hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if Advantage Sports is notified prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.
