Nitcha is a Level 2 Certified Female Personal Trainer in Abu Dhabi who can help you with your health and fitness in many different ways.

A very sporty person Nitcha puts plenty of energy into all her personal and group fitness classes.

Being a Zumba specialist, Nitcha can provide Zumba lessons at home or as part of a group fitness class local to you.

If you have other fitness needs Nitcha can provide weight loss, general fitness, body toning, body strength and muscle gain training programs. She closely monitors your progress to make sure you stay on track and is great when it comes to keeping you focused and motivated.

Nitcha is also qualified in Jiu Jitsu – a Brazilian martial art which can be great to give your body an all over workout which is equally suitable for men and women.

Additionally, Jiu Jitsu can also be part of a wider self-defense training program.

Personal Training at home is an option – you can also do your training sessions at other locations which might be more suitable for you and your schedule.

Nitcha is from Brazil and is ISSA Personal Trainer Certificated and Zumba Instructor Certificated. Nitcha’s passion for sports started as a child began, she began training when she was 15 years old with a Brazilian Personal Trainer for Gym Work, Dance, Step, Jump and then progressed to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt Level. Nitcha’s love for sports and fitness led her to qualify as a Personal Trainer, Traditional Brazilian Dance Instructor and Zumba Instructor and to truly embrace her passion and make it her career. Today based in Abu Dhabi Nitcha still follows her passion by helping clients achieve their fitness goals through customized exercises programs.

Where can you provide personal training services?

As a mobile personal trainer in Abu Dhabi Nitcha can come to you. You could train in the comfort of your home, your building gym or even in an outdoor location – whichever suits you and your training goals.

Alternatively, if you feel more comfortable training in a gym or if your personal training plan has elements that need gym equipment you can train at one of the Advantage Sports Facilities in Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi Golf Club Khalifa City A, UAE, Four Seasons Abu Dhabi, St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Sheraton Corniche Abu Dhabi and Le Meridian Abu Dhabi.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

The right training plan is crucial to help you on the road to achieving your fitness goals. With this in mind a fitness evaluation is performed for each new client which will help Nitcha find out more about you, your lifestyle, your current fitness level and of course your previous training/exercise experience. With this information Nitcha can then prepare a plan which is designed to help you achieve your goals in a safe training and timely way.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes, all you will need is a towel and a bottle of water. The kind of equipment you might need depends on what you want to achieve from your sessions and your current level and ability. Nitcha and the Advantage Sports UAE venues will provide all equipment needed.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Diet and nutrition does perform a major role in a healthy lifestyle and any fitness regime. Nitcha is a sports nutrition specialist and can offer advise and support for healthy eating plans based on your needs and fitness regimes.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. If you would prefer to work out in a group (friends, family or co-workers) discounted rates for your training sessions can be applied. Group training is also a great way to get each other motivated, have some fun in your training sessions and also stay focused.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes. It is preferable to pre-book a set of personal trainer sessions if you can to ensure your preferred training times are available on a week to week basis.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours notice will be charged for the cancelled session, unless already agreed with Advantage Sports Management.

Advantage Sports understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 24 hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if Advantage Sports is notified prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.
